Processing Time

All metal prints are made to order. Please allow 1 week for production before shipping. Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

Shipping Time & Delivery

• Domestic Orders (India): 4–7 business days after dispatch

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all prepaid orders within India.

• International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS so you can monitor your delivery in real-time.

Delays & Support

We do our best to deliver on time. However, delays caused by weather, courier issues, or high order volumes are beyond our control.
If your package hasn’t arrived within the expected time, please contact us at apoorvcse1@gmail.com with your order ID.

Wrong or Damaged Items

If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as per our return policy.
